This Privacy Policy explains how CueSportAI (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our websites and services, including cuesportai.com, the CueSportAI platform (app.cuesportai.com and club subdomains), and the aiSnooker.app AI scoring product. These services are part of the same CueSportAI family and share a single account system.

1. Information we collect

Account data — name, email address, and profile details you provide, or that we receive when you sign in with Google (name, email, profile picture, Google account ID).
Gameplay data — matches, frames, breaks, scores, statistics, ELO, and tournament results linked to your player profile.
Club & venue data — for clubs, information about tables, bookings, members, and settings entered by club administrators.
AI scoring data — where an AI scoring system (camera or connected device) is installed at a venue, the system processes a view of the table to detect balls, pots, and scores. Match results and clips a venue chooses to save are stored; camera processing otherwise happens to generate scores and is governed by the venue’s own setup.
Payment data — subscriptions and payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. We retain billing status and transaction references.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, and log data, plus cookies needed to keep you signed in.

2. How we use your information

To provide scoring, scoreboards, statistics, tournaments, bookings, streaming overlays, and club management.
To create and secure your account and keep you signed in across the CueSportAI family of sites.
To process payments and manage subscriptions and club dues.
To operate, maintain, improve, and secure the service.
To communicate service-related updates. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in and to remember preferences such as your chosen language. We do not use advertising cookies.

4. Sharing & third parties

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), and our hosting provider. Your club may see gameplay and membership data associated with that club. We may disclose information where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Where a minor participates through a club, a parent or guardian and the club are responsible for consent.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
