CueSportAi — the CueSportAi app, cuesportai.com, app.cuesportai.com and aiSnooker.app — is a product of Tan Enterprises (USA), Inc., an Illinois corporation doing business as CueSportAi (a registered assumed name, Illinois Secretary of State file no. 58925047). Get in touch with any question about your account, a club membership, a payment, the app or AI scoring.
When you write about an account or a payment, please send it from the email address you sign in with, and include the club name and the date of the charge if there is one.
Common questions
I can't sign in
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page, or sign in with Google if that is how you created your account. Still stuck? Email us from your account's email address.
Club membership: cancelling, renewals and refunds
A club membership bought online renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the club's membership page under Manage billing; you keep the time you have already paid for. Your membership is with the club, so refunds are decided by the club — see the Terms for the full rules.
Player plans bought in the app
Plans bought in the CueSportAi app are billed by Google Play or the App Store. Manage or cancel them in your device's subscription settings (Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions); refunds for these purchases are handled by Google or Apple.
A score, break or match result is wrong
Club staff can correct a match from the scoreboard (✏️ Edit) or the tournament bracket. Otherwise email us the club, table and time of the match and we will fix it.
AI scoring and streaming boxes
For a table with a CueSportAi AI box, see the AI scoring page or email support@cuesportai.com with your club and table number.
Privacy and deleting my account
You can hide your profile from public lists in your privacy settings. To delete your account and its personal data, sign in and go to Profile → Delete my account on the website or in the app (app.cuesportai.com/delete-account.php), or email support@cuesportai.com from the account's email address. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
